Welcome to Fairfield Surgery

13/10/20 - FLU CLINICS -

We believe that we have now contacted the high risk patients and offered them the opportunity to book their flu vaccines. If you feel you fall into this category and have not heard from us please contact the reception team to discuss your situation.  We are now opening up flu vaccination bookings to all patients aged 65yrs and over, please contact the surgery if you would like to book an appointment .  Flu vaccines are being provided in specially socially distanced clinics being held at the parish rooms located in front of the surgery.

Thanks, Julie Practice Manager

17/09/20 - FLU CLINICS - Fairfield surgery will be starting the flu vaccine clinics in October.
We will be prioritising the shielded and at risk patients first. Eligible patients will contacted by text/letter and advised when flu clinics are available to book. Flu clinics are being run in the internet café and not the surgery. The government has advised flu vaccines for patients aged 64 to 50 yrs will not be available until at least mid November.

We please ask all patients attending the surgery for appointments or to collect medication wear a face mask. This is in line with national guidance to reduce the risk of spread of COVID-19. Thanks for your co-operation.

In response to the evolving concerns relating to the Coronavirus and to enable our ability to provide essential medical care, ALL new appointments will be triaged by a GP or Nurse via telephone. If appropriate, they will book you a face2face appointment. We ask that you do not enter the building unless you have an appointment or are collecting medication. Please order medication online if you don't already do so. The form can be downloaded from our website. Once completed, please return it to Reception with some photo ID.

We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking Surgery Opening Times to letting us know what you think of us.
